On our Regional Weeks we take the Academy out to communities so that school groups or charity groups can experience riding, looking after horses and learning about British racing for the first time. We cater for groups of up to ten, aged between 14 and 16.

On the Regional Week students:

• Learn the basics of racehorse care and how to look after horses

• Ride once a day 

• Receive expert tuition on mechanical horses

• Media training

• Horse racing careers advice and available

• Work as a team and build confidence and resilience.

We also hold taster days for schools at the British Racing School for schools and charity groups.
